BlueBird DocuCam is a document-camera app for macOS, built to be private by design. The short version: we don’t collect anything, and your camera never leaves your device.
We don’t collect your data
BlueBird DocuCam does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. There are no accounts, no analytics, no trackers, and no advertising.
Your camera stays on your device
The app accesses your camera only to show and capture documents on your Mac. Video and images are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded or sent anywhere. Snapshots and PDFs you save are written only to the location you choose.
Subscriptions
If you subscribe, the purchase and any free trial are handled by Apple through your App Store account. We never see your payment details. Apple’s handling of that transaction is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
No third-party sharing
Because we don’t collect anything, we have nothing to sell or share with anyone.
Children’s privacy
The app collects no data from anyone, including children.

If this policy ever changes, we’ll update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
